Are you Sick? Try my Antibacterial, Antiviral, Antibiotic Recipe for Colds

Anti Plague Juice – How to chase the Devil away!
Inspired by Daniel Vitalis

This is one of the Best Recipes for when you are REALLY SICK and determined to get better

• ¼ to ½ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar – I use the Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 small piece of Fresh Ginger
• 2 Purple Onions
• 1 Whole Garlic Bulb
• Cayenne Pepper – Activates immune system to fight infection
• Black Pepper
• Salt (I use Himalayan Pink Salt, and Celtic Sea Salt)
• Chicken Broth
• Add: Sage, Rosemary, Thyme - these are highly antimicrobial herbs

(I use a mortar and pestle to powder down dry herbs)

Organic and wild ingredients are 50 to 100 times stronger than conventional produce/ingredients. Organic or wild is highly recommended when fighting a cold, the flu or illness. I also like to add a ¼ cup of water ½ of a freshly squeezed lemon to the smoothie, some turmeric powder (turmeric powder is antimicrobial and activates the immune system). All ingredients are added as needed and vary depending on your preference and taste. I use a little bit of organic ginger because it’s very potent, too much ginger can make the drink hard to take down – go easy on the ginger. I like to add chicken broth for a richer flavor. Wegmans Pacific brand chicken broth is excellent. I highly recommend using homemade chicken broth if you have time to make it at home.

Step 1: Blend all ingredients on a High Power setting in a blender; your drink should have ½ juice and  ½ smoothie consistency. Add more or less of the herbs listed above to fit your personal taste preference. And if you’re really brave purchase Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Devils Duel, the Habenero Hot Pepper Sauce, and drink some. Hot peppers are a POWERFUL immune system activator – the hotter the better!

Step 2: Bee Propolis (Y.S. Bee Farms is the one I use) is a natural antibiotic, I usually take 8 - 10 capsules a day; five times more than the recommended dose when I’m fighting a cold because it works amazingly! I also add Black Walnut capsules as they are antimicrobial and help fight viruses and bacterial infections. Recently, I discovered Barlean’s Sore Throat Spray; a rapid healing and soothing remedy for sore throats; made from organic Olive Leaf.

***If you’re around people who are sick and you feel overpowered by germs then here is a quick tip you can use for prevention. To prevent colds, take cotton swab and wet it with Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar then clean inside your nose and ears with the cotton swab to prevent infections from getting in. Also, while you’re working on prevention it is not a bad idea to drink the Anti Plague juice – It’s your insurance policy!

THE FOLLOWING OIL & JUICE ARE AMAZING FOR ACTIVATING YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM

Oil of Oregano and Juice of Oregano (P73) from North American Herb and Spice is excellent. It’s very strong and high in antioxidants; it oxygenates your blood, helps fight bacterial, viral, and fungal infections, great for eliminating headaches too. The Power of Oregano is unlike any other, Oregano will infuse you with oxygen to help fight any battle of illness.

WARNING: The Anti Plague Juice will make you you’ll feel alert and energized. It’s possible you may have Garlic Breath after drinking it. This recipe is created by Super Heroes for Super Heroes. If you can stand to finish one glass of the Anti Plague Juice, you will become a Super Hero too!  I recommend drinking 1 cup per day for three consecutive days and your Cold Symptoms will DISSAPPEAR! First time users be forewarned, this drink is an EXTREMELY POTENT BEAST that will save you from the cold.

P.S. Honey + Lemon + Ginger as a tea are great for fighting colds! Cinnamon + Honey or Green Teas are also excellent! Don’t forget to eat foods rich in Probiotics. Cheers to your Health.  - Mariana Roberts  01 – 07 - 15
