Step by Step instructional Video
Please read this EXCELLENT ARTICLE about Chaga by Dr. Cass
Ingram to LEARN how to Create The Perfect Chaga Tea Blend.
This is a great way to heal and regenerate your body on
every possible level.
1. Take a Pot of water, and heat the water (this is very
important: DO NOT HEAT THE WATER over 180 Degrees) because the high heat will
destroy the powerful enzymes.
Take 1 - 2 tablespoons of ground up Chaga Powder. You will
need 1 - 2 tablespoons of Chaga Powder for 1 quart of water) turn the heat off
and let the water cool to about 150 degrees fahrenheit, add the chaga powder
to the water and mix it together. Add a Birch Bark (tear the birch bark in
small pieces) and add it to the tea concoction.
2. Add a few drops of Oil of Oregano P73 to the
chaga tea concoction to help break the chitin of the chaga
mushroom: (The walls of the mycelium, which make up the solid substance of
the mushroom, are composed of chitin, the substance forming the exoskeleton of
insects. Humans do not have the necessary enzymes to digest this material. It
is important to break down the mycelial walls, releasing the nutritious
components of the fungus available for assimilation as food.)

3. Let the tea steep for about an hour and drink it, you can
use a teapot of a thermus and just keep adding more water and more chaga
powder, birch bark and oregano oil as needed to extract the benefits of the
chaga. A little goes a LONG way!!!
